Wrath (A character for NTT)

Meet Wrath! This graphite infused mutant will give chaos with his power mask. Wrath's bullets move faster as a passive. His right click, equivalent exchange, allows him to use half of his hp, to cut EVERY enemies hp  by half! Wrath's thronebutt does a whopping 90% to enemies! His ultras are Agony and Madness. Agony allows Wrath to delete all projectiles on the map with a chance of dropping pickups! Madness allows Wrath to use his ability for free, with a ten second timer however. Can you reach the Nuclear Throne with Wrath?

This is my first ever mod for Nuclear Throne so advice, comments, anything is appreciated! I really want to improve!


CHANGES:

Nerfed  Madness's timer from 2 seconds to 10 seconds. Being able to hit every enemy on the map for a huge amount every two seconds was just a little bit strong
